• We respect our customers: We work hard to keep our lead times short so you can get out and enjoy your new bike ASAP.

• We don’t take shortcuts: Every size is individually designed with specific geometry, stiffness, and tubing selection. We constantly test and improve our designs.

• We design bikes for everyone: We believe that everyone deserves a great bike to ride, regardless of height, weight, race, gender, and riding ability. We offer the biggest size range in the industry to help you find the perfect fit.

Lifetime Guarantee: Every frame comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser.
Crash Replacement: Should your bike be damaged during a crash, we will offer you a new frame 50% off
Full Spectrum Sizing: If you fall outside of our size range or have special needs, we will build you a custom frame at no extra cost

The frame must be returned to us for any warranty considerations. Unfortunately, without the original frame in hand no warranty is expressed or implied.
