    The Workshop

    Our workshop is located in Novato, California, ten miles north of Mt Tam, the birthplace of mountain biking.

    Guarantees

    • Lifetime Guarantee

      Every frame comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser.

    • Crash Replacement

      Should your bike be damaged during a crash, we will offer you a new frame 50% off.

    • Size Guarantee

      For custom frames: If you fall outside of our size range or have special needs, we will customize your sizing and/or geometry at no extra cost.
    The frame must be returned to us for any warranty considerations. Unfortunately, without the original frame in hand no warranty is expressed or implied.
