Custom Ordering Process

  • 1. Place a Deposit

    Use our website to configure your custom bike and place a 50% deposit (or pay in full). Your deposit reserves a spot on our waitlist.

  • 2. Confirmation

    We will follow up to confirm any add ons or custom geometries, then the bike enters our production queue.

  • 3. Build and Delivery

    When your frame is complete, we will collect the remaining balance and ship the frame!

Geometry

The HBSL’s modern geometry is designed to encourage you to dig deep on every climb, propel you to the finish line first, but in a manner fitting of the most capable gravel bike. With a 67 degree headtube angle, a comfortable yet efficient seat tube angle, tall stack height and ample clearance for up to 29x2.4 the HBSL perfectly walks the line between XC performance and all-day gravel comfort.

Compared to a pure XC bike, it is more comfortable for those all-day adventures

Compared to a gravel bike the HBSL will be more capable and confidence inspiring as the roads get rougher and dirtier
